VIRTUAL SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS/GUIDELINES (For Mac or PC Pro-Tools, Cubase, Digital Performer, Garage Band, Sonar, Logic, Ableton, Nuendo, Sequel,Tracktion and Adobe Audition users.) |
1. After a production service is chosen, we will send you our secure upload link where can submit your Session file and/ or tracks after you have set them to session start (If you have set your song to a click track, please indicate the tempo/Beats Per Minute). We accept sound and video session files from any Digital Audio Workstation program in all file extension formats, including but not limited to: AIFF, AAF,MXF, WAV and PTF: PLEASE SAVE ALL SESSION FILES IN OMF format. - If your Recording Software does not have the capability of saving session files in OMF, please save file sections (i.e. Voice, guitar, etc.) in separate WAVE, AIFF and/or MP3 file formats.

| 2. We schedule consultation time to talk directly over the phone or via e-mail to discuss your specific needs and trade audio examples if necessary, in order to understand what you require artistically and performance wise from our producers/arrangers & session musicians. |
| 3. Your tracks are recorded in our studio to your specifications then we e-mail you a secure link to your personalized audio file folder for you to download and review the requested changes in MP3, WAVE and/or AIFF file formats. |
4. If you request any further changes, they will be implemented

| 5. Finally, once all changes are approved by you, the tracks will be sent via high –speed file transfer via secure Digital Drop Box where you can download them from your own personalized audio file folder anywhere in the world securely. |
