Our facility has been treated with Auralex professional acoustic materials along with acoustic design by Gavin Haverstick (Nationally renowned Acoustician/Sonic Specialist) KAYQUARII caters to the artist , producer, band and/or group looking for a private, comfortable and professional atmosphere to release and modify their boundless creative energy.

We offer a private entrance, and a kitchen to make our clientèle feel at home while they record. In addition we always keep an ample supply of Throat Coat tea for our professional Vocalist. Below you will find a list of the current recording & post production equipment we have to offer:
