Kayquarii Productions COVID-19 Protocols

Kayquarii Studios is open and available for audio sessions, while taking the utmost precautions to ensure that we keep our studio facility, staff and clients safe from the spread of the COVID-19. We’re committed to effective policies for social distancing, protective equipment, cleanliness, hygiene, and other actions aligned with federal, state and local guidance.
 

   This includes the following:

• All persons entering our facility will be required to wear a mask until they start recording.

• Face masks/coverings are required for all staff, clients and their guests.

• Disposable gloves and face masks are available upon request.

• Hygiene stations, inclusive of hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes, are available throughout the
  facility.

• Sinks are available for hand washing.

 

 Additionally, listed below are detailed safety protocols for Audio Services:

• Our protocols either meet and/or exceed guidelines set by the CDC.

• Our Voiceover (VO) booth and Automated Dialog Replacement (ADR) room have direct access for talent, allowing no direct contact with staff.

• Scripts and cue sheets will be printed in advance, however, clients are welcome to use our digital tablets during the session.

• Control Rooms, VO booth and ADR room are disinfected before and after every session.

• Disposable headphones covers are used for all sessions.

• We are temporarily limiting client/guest capacity in the control room and studio in order to maintain adequate social distancing. NOTE: Parents/Guardians and Teachers are permitted on a case-by-case basis, to supervise sessions with minors.

• Talent and/or clients can be digitally patched into audio sessions utilizing Source Connect, Audio Movers, cleanfeed.net, Skype, Zoom, Google and other software, based on project needs.

 

Client Needs:

• Meals can be ordered, delivered and consumed in a nearby designated kitchen area within our facility. 

• Individually bottled beverages are provided, upon request.
